Legal
Using Pixels71 means agreeing to these. They are short because the product is simple: you buy a template once and you keep it.
You do not need one to buy. Paying creates one for you against the email address you pay with, and we send you a link to set a password so you can reach your downloads whenever you want. If that address already has an account here, the purchase lands on it.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep the password to yourself. One account is one person; sharing an account to share licences is the same as redistributing the files, which the licence forbids.
Signing in on a second device signs the first out. That is deliberate, and it is how a single account stays single.
Every price is a one-time payment in US dollars, and tax is added where the law requires it. Nothing on this site is a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card.
Access is granted when Stripe confirms the payment, not when your browser returns from checkout. If you close the tab mid-payment you still get what you paid for.
A licence to use the files, not ownership of them. What that licence allows is set out in full on the licence page, and it forms part of these terms.
Twenty downloads a day across your account. The limit exists to stop scripted abuse and is far above what normal use reaches. Download links are personal and expire in five minutes; sharing one is sharing your licence.
Set out on the refund policy page, which also forms part of these terms.
Only someone who owns a template can review it, and reviews are read before they appear. We will not publish anything abusive, and we may remove a review that is. What you write stays yours; publishing it here gives us permission to show it beside the template.
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may close an account that redistributes files, charges back a payment it received the goods for, or attacks the service. Where we close an account for one of those reasons, licences bought under it end with it.
Templates are provided as they are. We are not liable for anything you build with one, for lost profit, or for a site going down. Where we are liable, it is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow us to limit.
We may update these terms. A licence you have already bought keeps the terms it was bought under; changes apply to what you buy afterwards.
