These terms apply when you join the affiliate programme. Applying means you agree to them. They sit alongside our terms of service.
Anyone with a Pixels71 account can apply, except template authors and our own staff. We review every application by hand and may decline one without giving a reason. You can hold one affiliate account.
You earn 30% of what the buyer paid, before tax, on every template and All-Access Pass sold through your link or your coupon. If a coupon lowers the price, your commission is worked out on the lower price. We may agree a different rate with you; a change applies to sales after it is made, never to ones already earned.
Credit depends on the buyer’s browser keeping our cookie. If they block cookies or buy on another device, we may not be able to credit you, and we cannot credit a sale by hand after the fact.
Each commission is held for 30 days after the sale, so that refunds settle before we pay. If a sale is refunded in full, its commission is cancelled. If it is refunded in part, the commission shrinks in proportion. If we have already paid a commission and the sale is refunded later, that amount is taken off your next payout.
We pay once a month, by PayPal, Wise or Stripe to the payout email you give us, or by another method we agree with you. A payout is made once your cleared commissions, less anything owed back, reach $50; below that, the balance rolls into the next month. You are responsible for giving us a correct payout email, and for any tax due on what you earn.
We may suspend or close an affiliate account that breaks these terms. While it is suspended your coupon stops working and new sales earn nothing. Commissions you earned honestly before that are still paid. Commissions from sales that broke these terms are cancelled. You can leave at any time by writing to us, and we will pay what you are owed once it clears.
We may change these terms or the programme. We will tell affiliates before a change takes effect, and it never reduces commissions already earned.
